Subject: Project Phasing
Dear Ed:
I wish to confirm our telephone conversation of January 19, 1987, wherein we spoke of the construction phasing of Carlsbad Crossroads.
1. Our client does intend to phase the project as is indicated on the enclosed site plan, which you already have in your possession.
2. The parking which will go in with Phase I is equivalent to 4.5/1000 regardless of use which as you know includes allocations for manu- facturing and warehousing as well as office.
3. The area designated as Phase I1 will receive the same landscape treat- ment as the existing parcels adjacent to this project.
