In response to your letter of December 5, 1989 requesting verifi tion of the availability of water to serve subject building.

Carlsbad Crossroads LTD, constructed the necessary water system and the
District has accepted the water system. Water will be available to new build- ing when the developer utilizes the existing 6" D.C. Vault at Station 45+90
and the existing 2" water service at Station 45+80 per Phase I improvmnt plan drawings.
