The proposed addition will have 21-foot high CMU walls on the north, south and west sides and will abut the existing building on the east. A concrete slab on grade is currently planned. The project is also proposing the installation of a fume oxidizer machine in the rear of the building. The oxidizer unit will be supported on a 12-inch thick reinforced concrete pad. 10-foot high CMU screen walls are planned around the oxidizer unit.
