No environmental review is required for the project. However, the City is required to file a Notice of Exemption form with the County Clerk's Office. The County requires a $50 filing fee, which the City collects from the applicant. Please submit a check for $50 payable to San Diego County Clerk and submit it to Deborah Milam, project planner.
