Opus Southwest Office Building
Carlsbad Airport Centre
Dear Mr. Schulte:
I am writing in follow up to your meeting with Pat Coughey of Wimer
Yamada & Associates on December 22, 1987, concerning the landscape plan
for the above referenced project.
The four (4) parking spaces eliminated from the Phase I parking lot,
because of planter islands being added to the landscape plan will be in-
corporated into the parking spaces provided in Phase 11. In the event
the parking spaces are not added back, the appropriate square footage
will be reduced from Phase I1 of the development.
It is the intention of Opus Southwest Corporation that these adjustments
made to the landscape plan dated December 22, 1987, will be in conformance
with the approved P.1.P. site plan. Further, it is our understanding that
the landscape plan will be approved upon receipt of this letter by you.
Your consideration is appreciated.
Sincerely ,
ORP ION
