Dear Mr. Awbry:
Staff has reviewed the proposed enclosure for screening the air compressor and water circulation unit. Approval is granted for the enclosure subject to the following conditions:
1. Enclosure shall be constructed of smooth concrete block which shall be of the same coloring as the building.
2. The metal louver gates shall be painted to match the doors of the building.
3. A1 1 equipment shall be completely screened from the surrounding areas. No equipment shall project above the height of the enclosure.
4. Approval is granted for the enclosure as shown on Exhibit "A" dated
8/8/88 on file in the Planning Department (in PIP 86-7).
