ENCLOSED ARE TWO PRINTS OF A PROPOSED MINOR REVISION FOR THE REFERENCED
PROJECT.
THE REVISIONS AS ‘SHOWN WILL AFFECT THE PHASE II BUILDING FOOTPRINTS, AREAS,
AND PARKING CONFIGURATION. THE NUMBER OF BUILDINGS WILL REMAIN THE SAME,
AND NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE IN THE PROJECT BOUNDARY OR THE LOT LINES.
MODIFICATIONS FOR SITE DEVELOPMENT AND GRADING WILL EFFECTIVELY REDUCE THE
AMOUNT AND ELEVATION OF RETAINING WALLS AS APPROVED ON THE EXISTING P.I.P.
AND GRADING WILL REMAIN BALANCED ON SITE WITH NO APPRECIABLE CHANGE IN
QUANT I TY.
PLEASE REVIEW THE PROPOSED REVISIONS, AND ADVISE THIS OFFICE OF ANY
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THE CITY FOR APPROVAL.
