Dear Applicant,
It has come to the attention of the Planning Department that Lots 12 thru 16 of Map
10198, Carlsbad Tract No. 80-38 have not been consolidated as required by Condition
of Approval No. 25 for Planned Industrial Permit No. 87-3 issued on October 2, 1987.
Condition No. 25 of this approval letter requires that an Adjustment Plat must be
submitted and a Certificate of Compliance recorded for consolidation of Lots 12, 13,
14, 15 and 16 prior to issuance of building permits.
An Adjustment Plan (Adj. 357) has been submitted to the Engineering Department for
review, however, this Adjustment Plat only consolidates Lots 12 thru 15 and readjusts
the lot line between Lot 15 and 16. This proposal is not acceptable to the Planning
Department and violates the Conditions of Approval for PIP 87-3.
The Planning Department has decided to restrict the further issuance of building permits
on Lots 12-16 until you come into compliance with Condition #25. As a result, a hold
has been placed on Building Permit No. 89-1725 pending approval of a Lot
consolidation of parcels 12-1 6 by the Engineering Department.
