RE: Grading Plans for Lot 14 & 15 of CT-74-21
We are unable to process your Grading Plans at this time. The
reason is that your Planned Industrial Permits for those two lots have not yet been approved, and it appears that there may be some minor corrections which will affect the grading on your lots.
Until your Planned Industrial Permits are approved, we will not
do any Plan Checking of your submitted plans. Please arrange for someone to pick up your submittal package, and hold on to
them until your Planned Industrial Permits are obtained.
