RE: 2793 Loker Avenue West - El Fuerte Business Park
Dear Anne:
Enclosed are the site plans for the above-mentioned project. As we discussed over
the counter last week, the original site development plan which was approved and
signed by Michael Holzmiller (see Sheet A-2) was revised adding two loading docks
at the rear of the Building 1 (see Sheet A-1). Due to marketing strategies, the Owner
would like to return to the original site plan, thus filling in the two docks and restriping
the new parking areas.
Upon approval from the Planning Department, we will revise the parking deed showing
the additional parking stalls.
