The proposed patio is illustrated on the attached plans and consists of approximately 760 square feet of enhanced concrete slab and low concreto seat walls. The patio will be adjacent Charter Golf's lunchroom and situated on the property between the front of the building and the parking lot, a minimum of 87 feet from the property line along Loker Avenue. The existing landscaping that is displaced by the patio will be rearranged to maintain a buffer between the Hardscape and the parking lot. Please note that no parking stalls will be lost or affected by this work. Ako note that the building does not currently have any outdoor seating areas.
