Dear Clyde:
This letter confirms the conclusions reached at yesterday
morning's meeting. You concluded the Engineering Department's required Conditions of Approval will be submitted to David Hauser for review upon your receipt of a signed Deed granting to the City
a ten foot easement.
You further concluded the Fire Marshall is not requiring hydrants be installed before construction begins. You added, however, all required fire hydrants must be installed and operational prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
As to timing, you stated the Engineering Conditions of Approval will be provided to Chris DeCerbo by Wednesday, March 16
at the earliest, and Friday, March 18, 1988 at the latest.
If anything in this letter does not accurately reflect yesterday's discussion, please phone at your earliest convenience.
