Dear Chris:
This letter confirms yesterday morning's meeting where it was agreed if the following required items relating to Lot 5 are submitted to you in a timely fashion, the Lot 5 Planned Industrial Permit will be issued no later than March 28, 1988:
1. Color drawings; one set.
2. Revised drawings reflecting additional landscaping agreed to be added to open space and around trash facility; four sets. (Note: it was agreed the present location of the trash facility is acceptable so long as additional landscaping is added around the facility.)
3. Revised drawings reflecting modification of site plan to provide for movement of retaining wall further away from the setback area: four sets.
4. Engineering Department Conditions of Approval (anticipated to be delivered to you between March 16 and March 18,
1988).
You indicated Negative Declarations have been prepared and will be signed and submitted shortly for posting and publication. You also stated the required Negative Declaration process will not delay the issuance of the Lot 5 PIP.
If anything contained in this letter does not comply with your understanding of our discussion, please call.
