Dear Chris:
This letter confirms our telephone conversation of today during which you stated the PIP for the above referenced property will be issued upon completion of the required Negative
Declaration publication period. Further, you stated that since a
new Negative Declaration has been prepared, a notice of Prior
Compliance is not required.
You stated that since the notice of Negative Declaration was
published in the Carlsbad Journal on March 23, 1988, the required
ten day waiting period following publication expires on Friday,
April 1, 1988. You assured me that since the completion of the
Negative Declaration notice period is the only remaining
requirement which must be satisfied before the PIP can be issued,
in the absence of public objection by the close of business on
April 1, 1988, the PIP for Lot 5 will be issued on Monday,
April 4, 1988.
Finally, you indicated that you will write a note to Charlie Grimm directing the PIP to be issued on April 4, 1988, and that the PIP will be available for Jim Bosler to pick up at your office on April 4, 1988.
