Re: Conformance to Condition 1/19
Dear David,
In order to conform to Engineering Condition 1\19 for the above referenced
project, we propose to provide all necessary waterline easements within 40
days from date that permit is issued.
If necessary documentation is not provided within said time period, then
construction must stop until said documentation is provided. I would like
to discuss this proposal at your earliest convenience.
