This is to inform you that the items previously requested to make
your Planned Industrial Permit, application no. PIP 88-3, complete have been received and reviewed by the Planning Department. It has been determined that the application is now complete for processing. Although the initial processing of your application may have already begun, the technical acceptance date is acknowledged by the date of this communication.
Plehse note that although the application is now considered
complete, there may be issues that could be discovered during
project review and/or environmental review. Any issues should be resolved prior to scheduling the project for public hearing. In addition, the City may request, in the course of processing the application, that you clarify, amplify, correct, or otherwise supplement the information required for this application.

To COHPLE!l'E APPLICATION:
1. Detailed information for designated lunch areas (i.e.,
furniture, landscaping).
2. Need corrected elevations - west and east elevations are
opposite of that shown on map.
There are also major issues that must be addressed or resolved
for this project. These include:
1. Circulation must be designed per CALTRANS 407D turning
template and City standards.
2. Verify proper location of proposed driveway per master
driveway location map.
3. Landscaped parking medians are required per Specific Plan.
4. West and south elevations must comply with architectural
standards of the Specific Plan.
