PIP 88-4, complete have been received and reviewed by the Planning Department. It has been determined that the application is now complete for processing. Although the initial processing of your appl ication may have a1 ready begun, the technical acceptance date is acknowledged by the date of this communication. In addition, you should note that the initial staff review of this project identified a number of issues as listed below. These issues must be resolved before this permit can be approved by the Planning Director. Also, the names of the project planner and project engineer are provided. Dimensions on site plan are not accurate. 2. Inadequate parking 1 ot 1 andscaping . 3. Trash/mechanical enclosure must be moved out of Camino Vida Roble setback. 4. Required setbacks side, rear must be fully landscaped with no permitted encroachments. 5. Onsite drainage system for 100 year storm must be designed on site plan and constructed. 6. Letter of permission must be obtained from SDG&E, to develop within easement. 7. Require determination from City Fire Department regarding need for onsite fire hydrant.
