This is to advise that the City of Carlsbad on December 28, 1988, approved the following project:
Project Title: PIP 88-4 - FOX and WHEATCROFT

Project Address/Location: Located at the southeast corner of the intersection
of Camino Vida Roble and Palomar Oaks Way.
Project Description: A two-story, 47,252 square foot office building on a 2.83 acre site.
This is to advise that the City of Carl sbad has approved the above described project and has made the following determinations regarding the above described project :
1. The project will not have a significant effect on the environment.
2. A Notice of Prior Compliance was prepared for this project pursuant to the
provisions of CEQA.
