DISCUSSION OF ENVIRONMENTAL EVALUATION
X
An Environmental Impact Report (EIR 81-6) has been certified for this
property as part of the Airport Business Center Specific Plan (SP-181). Since the Site has already been pregraded consistent with the approved Tentative Map (CT 81-46) and no major changes are proposed for the
project, no impacts are anticipated and a notice of prior compliance
shall be issued.
-7-
IV. DETERMINATION (To Be Completed By The Planning Department)
On the basis of this initial evaluation:
X I find that because an EIR has already been prepared for the subject property and no major changes are proposed with this project, no significant impacts are anticipated and a Notice of Prior Compliance will be issueU.
I find that although the proposed project could have a significant
effect on the environment, there will not be a significant effect in this case because the mitigation measures described on an attached sheet have been added to the project. A Conditional Negative Declaration will be propose@.
I find the proposed project MAY have a significant effect on the
environment, and an ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT is required.
