TO COMPLETE APPLICATION:
PLANNING:
1. That lot and access shown do not exist, and no applications for the lot split have been submitted for processing. Submit map to subdivide property as shown.
2. Provide the following information and site plan:
Name and address of applicant Show all easements. Show 5' back up space for parking lots (at terminus of aisle). Show 20' queuing space at driveway entrance. Show all existing and proposed street improvements. Show typical street sections. Show existing and proposed 2' contours. Show drainage facilities and flow lines with % grade. Show grading quantities. Show vicinity map. Show existing and proposed utilities.
3. Indicate on site plan that all of the structural square footage is for office use.
4. Indicate on site plan number of standard and compact parking spaces.
