This is to advise that the City of Carlsbad on December 28, 1989, approved the following project:

Project Description: A two-story 19,119 square foot office building on a 1.47
acre site.
This is to advise that the City of Carl sbad has approved the above described
project and has made the following determinations regarding the above described
project:
1. The project will not have a significant effect on the environment.
2. A Notice of Prior Compliance was prepared for this project pursuant to the
provi si ons of CEQA.
The Not ice of Prior Compl iance and record of project approval may be
examined at: CITY OF CARLSBAD
3. Mitigation measures were not made a condition of the approval of this project.
4. A statement of Overriding Considerations was not adopted for this project.
