I.P. 88-9 (Your #20736-00) add the 1. 0 0 0 0 2. 0 0 0 TELEPHONE (619) 438-1 161 9.3 5 -, , s7 In addendum to your letter of October 20th, 1988, I would like to following : Back Desiqn The encroachment into the existing 2:l slope is not recommended Failure of slope or retaining wall could damage the proposed buildings also located within the existing 2:l enfluence of the slope Soil and geologic review of any design within the 2 :1 slope area will be required Applicant should refer to grading ordinance P.321, reference to building setback (H f 5, 20' min.) Front Desiqn The proposed project encroaches into an existing established flood control channel. A proposed retaining wall within a floodway is not acceptable. This project will be conditioned to resolve any ambiguity over location or limits of flooding of this facility cont.. . . October 25, 1988 Page 2. 3. Driveways (Correction) 6.) O Staff felt the "re-grading" concept proposed could resolve any ramp problem and 7% was not an excessive grade. 4. Circulation B. Loading bays will be required and must be shown. I advised the applicant and architect to look around at other short-sighted projects (some in this city) without loading bays and see the problem we are faced with. Common loading bays will be acceptable but we cannot allow 1 truck to block adjacent access or use. 5. Parking Restriction A. Add: "i.e. Deed restriction/C.C. E R's" to the end of sentence . With the addition of the following items I feel your letter summarizes the general comments of our meeting on October 11 th, 1988. Please distribute this addendum to affected participants.
