The application is incomplete, as submitted. Attached are two lists. The first
list is information which must be provided to complete your application. The
second 1 i st is issues of concern to staff. To help speed processing of the
application, it is suggested that each item on the lists be rectified or addressed in a letter to your staff planner. You should be aware that no
processing of your appl ication can occur until the appl ication is determined to
be compl ete.
