The Planning Department has reviewed your Planned Industrial Permit, application no. PIP 88-10, as to its completeness for processing. The application is incomplete, as submitted. Attached are two lists. The first list is information which must be provided to complete your application. The second 1 ist is issues of concern to staff. To help speed processing of the application, it is suggested that each item on the lists be rectified or addressed in a letter to your staff planner. You should be aware that no processing of your application can occur until the application is determined to be complete.
