The Planning Department has reviewed your Planned Industrial Permit, application no. PIP 88-11, as to its completeness for processing. The application is incomplete, as submitted. Attached are two lists. The first list is information which must be provided to complete your application. The second list is issues of concern to staff. To help speed processing of the application, it is suggested that each item on the lists be rectified or addressed in a letter to your staff planner. You should be aware that no processing of your application can occur until the application is determined to be complete. This should also allow retention of the existing oak tree landscaping and site identification sign for Carlsbad Oaks. These site distance requirements will also apply at the site access point off of Loker Avenue. TTEM3 A sewer access point for this roject needs to be identified. This will most likely be a 6" or 8" lateral connection a P ong the north property line of the site. EM4 If a satellite dish is to be incorporated into this project, it should be included with the PIP submittal revisions. This would facilitate addition of a satellite dish at some time in the future and would require completion of a satellite dish permit at this point. A copy of the required permit form was obtained at the meeting. EM.5 Rows of parking spaces that meet-at ninety de rees will require a buffer space 5' wide along the end stalls. This will prevent par a ed cars from overlapping and blocking each other. This condition occurs at three locations, the parking area, at the north- east, southeast and southwest corners. ARCHITECTS Paved areas will require a 1/2% minimum slope to drain, with 1% preferred. EEU Over 4' of cut, 3' of fill or 100 cu. ds. of grading per 8,000 sf. of site requires a rading permit. The City of Carls Yl ad would like a dump site identified for the ?O,OOO cu. yds. of ex ort, preferably in an easterly direction from the site to avoid sending trucks over 8 alomar Airport Road to the west of the site.
