We had been told by your department that we have six months (starting on April 17, 1989; date of complete application accepted for processing) to complete processing before our application would be withdrawn or deemed withdrawn due to lack of action. The outstanding issues outlined in your letter dated April 17, 1989 will be addressed and resubmitted for ywr review within the next. few days. This should give your staff enough time to review the outstanding issues and issue the permit. However, if we hit a snag which would put us over the October 17 date, we'd like to have an additional 90 day grace period to work on the final requirements of the City of Carlsbad.
