Dear Mr. Munoz:
SANDAG staff has reviewed the planned industrial permit 89-03. The following
comment has not been reviewed by the SANDAG Board of Directors, acting as the
Airport Land Use Commission.
The use and height of the proposed building are consistent with the McClellan-
Palomar Airport Comprehensive Land Use Plan. If any additional appurtances such
as antennas are to be added, they should be reviewed to ensure compliance with
Federal Aviation Regulations Part 77 guidelines.
Thank you for allowing SANDAG to participate in the City's review process.
