(Sheet A-1) Proposed and existing contour lines have been extended across the streets and around the building. Per our meeting, the parking stalls are per City Standards. Standard stalls are shown as 17'-6" deep plus a 2'-6" overhang. Some dimensions have been re-lettered for clarification. 3. (Sheet A-1, attached) The "Outside Employee Eating Area" tabulation has been corrected from 2,047 S.F. to 1,923 S.F. (Sheet A-1) Per our meeting, the number of trees provided shall satisfy the 1:5 tree to parking space ratio. Two additional landscape planters have been provided per your request. The "Employee Eating Area" has been relocated to an area of increased square footage while not sacri f i ci ng qual i ty of space. The Area of the truck loading dock and grade level doors has been revised to meet City Standards. Two 60 trucks (and radius) and two 40 I truck (and radius) have been shown with turning radius dashed on the plan (only the most stringent cases have been shown). One grade level roll-up door has been provided for forklift and delivery van traffic only. Grade level 1 oading areas are shown on the interior of the building. Tipped sections with concrete curb and gutters have been provided. The existing sewer lateral to the property, elevation of the drainage inlet (FL), and "Existing Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk" are shown on the plan.
