HomeMy WebLinkAboutPIP 89-03; Upper Deck Company; Planned Industrial Permit (PIP)October 18, 1993 Mr. Bob Henry Upper Deck Company 5909 Sea Otter Place Carlsbad, CA 92008-6621 'SUBJECT UPPER DECK AUTHENTICATED - PIP 89-03 Dear Bob: The City has completed a review of your request for a minor amendment to Planned Industrial Permit PIP 89-03 to allow temporary office trailers to occupy a portion of the parking lot along the northeastern portion of the subject project located at 5932 Sea Otter Place. It is the Planning Director's determination that the proposed minor amendment is consistent with the City's Planned Industrial Zone regulations (Chapter 21.34 of the CMC) and with other applicable City ordinances and policies. The Planning Director, therefore approves this request subject to the following conditions: Conditions: 1) Approval is granted for a minor amendment to PIP 89-03 as shown on Exhibit "A" dated October 18, 1993, on file in the Planning Department and incorporated herein by reference. Development shall occur substantially as shown unless otherwise noted in these conditions. 2) The temporary trailers shall be removed one year from the date of this approval. 3) Installation and maintenance of the temporary trailers shall be in accordance with any applicable Fire and Building Code requirements.
