Dear Jack: Planned Industrial Permit 89-04 is enclosed for your review. This project is an industrial office and manufacturing and is approximately 3.4 acres in size. The project falls outside the 60 CNEL contour within the Palomar Airport influence area. The project is located at the SE intersection of Sea Otter Place and Loker Avenue East and is 7,000 feet east of the Airport. Your written comments concerning the project's conformance with Palomar Airport's Comprehensive Land Use Plan, along with other factors that would assure compatibility with airport operations, are appreciated.
