Dear Mr. Holzmiller:
Per my meeting with Anne Hysong last Thursday, February 9,
1989, enclosed please find the application and supporting
materials for a Planned Industrial Permit for the
referenced project. Also enclosed is our check in the
amount of $175.00 for the EIA, and one for $25.00 for the
PFF Agreement.
This application is a modification of the approved PUD site
plan, as discussed in our meeting of October 6, 1988.
We look forward to your early response with respect to
anticipated review and approval time. Thank you for your
help in this matter.
