AU walls, fences and retaining walls may not exceed six feet in height in combination within rear yard setbacks. The proposed retaining wall varies in height from 2 to 13 feet. 2. Compact spaces cannot share an aisle with standard spaces as shown on the grading plan. 3. With respect to the landscaped island in the southeast comer of the site; the landscape, grading and site plans are not consistent with each other. 4. Specify what kind of plants will be located in the planters of the outdoor employee eating area. Ennineering Issues: 1. Give the existing invert elevation for the existing storm drain catch basin and the proposed invert elevation for your proposed driveway channel drain. 2. Show your proposed 59 foot elevation contour line. 3. Your site plan and your conceptual grading plan show different information. The site plan shows (in the southeast comer) a landscaped island area at the end of your parking stalls. The conceptual grading plan shown a smaller landscaped strip and a reauired vehicular turnaround. Please change site plan to agree with the grading plan. 4. Check and change the proposed flow-line elevation for your proposed type "F" catch basin where it will discharge onto your parking lot. Also call out the catch basin as a "modified" type "F", as it will need to accept water not only from the existing concrete drainage ditch from the property above to the south, but also the drainage behind your proposed retaining wall. 5. Also attached is a redlined No. 4 check print of the site plan. This plan should be given to the applicant for corrections and changes as noted. Please return the redlined print with the corrected site plan to assist us in our continued review.
