Dear Mr. Hobbs:
Ben Ellorin suggested I write this letter to you in order to clarify the grading plan check schedule for the above referenced
project .
P.1.P 90-05, Amendment B is expected to be approved by January 22, 1991 with no significant engineering changes beyond the
fact that we have reduced export, thus minimizing slope under-
cutting.
If, when the P.I.P. is approved, some inconsistency between
P.I.P. and Grading Plan exists which would cause additional
Plan Checking, I accept responsibility to pay for that plan check.
Please accept my thanks for your cooperation and that of your staff. It is imperative that Grading Permit be issued the first part of February. Mr. Davis, Ms. Blackburn and Mr. Ellorin have been most
cooperative and expeditibus in their approach to this project and
I very much appreciate their professionalism.
