Subject: Sculpture for 5841 Edison Place Building
As discussed with your staff, we will be installing a sculpture next to the entrance of our
building at 5841 Edison Place. A photograph of a model for the sculpture is enclosed.
The sculpture, made in bronze, will be outside the setback areas, and has only artistic
value, and no sign, trademark or commercial significance.
It is my understanding from talking with your staff that no special permit is required for
this sculpture.
I hope this piece of art will enrich the area cultural wealth, and I would like to invite you
all to see the sculpture, when it will be in place sometime this fall.
