Dear Clyde:
Per our recent discussions, enclosed please find the new soils
report we have received from San Diego Geotechnical Consultants, Inc., together with the environmental information and reports prepared by the Unisys Corporation for 5600 Avenida Encinas.
The environmental information prepared by the Unisys Corporation, will indicate that the soils on the north side of the building have been cleaned according to their closure plan.
