Dear Mr. Beyer:
As a condition for final inspection approval for an industrial building located at 6195 Corte Del
Cedro, an agreement between David Rick (Carlsbad Planning Inspector), Larry Black (City of
Carlsbad's Landscape Architect Consultant), and Arnie Gallegos (Project's Superintendent) was
made to ensure that the following conditions listed below are met by March 21, 1991.
1. Replace any frozen (dead) purple-flowering Lantana groundcover. *
2. Repair and plant excavation (approx. 6' diameter x 18" deep) at future gas meter location,
along north property line.
3. Plant purple Lantana groundcover on slope behind trash enclosure.*
4. Plant purple Lantana groundcover in front of trash enclosure and along west property line
in southwest corner of parking lot.*
5. Ensure that Eucalyptus and Acacia stumps are poisoned to prevent new growth from
appearing.
* Because this Lantana is frost tender, it is okay to delay planting (at these locations only)
until March 2 1, 199 1.
