PIP 89-13, complete have been received and reviewed by the Planning Department. It has been determined that the application is now complete for processing. Although the initial processing of your application may have already begun, the technical acceptance date is acknowledged by the date of this communication. Please note that although the application is now considered complete, there may be issues that could be discovered during project review and/or environmental review. Any issues should be resolved prior to scheduling the project for public hearing. In addition, the City may request, in the course of processing the application, that you clarify7 amplify, correct, or otherwise supplement the information required for this application. Attached is a list of issues identified by the Planning and Engineering Departments. The Planning Department will begin processing your application, as of the date of this communication. California 92009-4859 (619) 438-1 161 ISSUES OF CONCERN PIP 89-13 PLANNING: 1. Maintain a 10 foot minimum building setback from the top of slope. 2. The employee eating area is acceptable on a conceptual basis, however, it should be more fully developed to meet the spatial and area requirements established by Administrative Policy No. 19. Second floor balcony area may be used as employee eating area but only if it is in excess of the overall area required. ENGINEERING: 1. Drainage: a) hbel line, inlet, and outlet to street for line shown at western border on b) Label drainage line shown under driveway (Corte Del Cedro).
