HomeMy WebLinkAboutPIP 89-14; Carlsbad Oaks East Lot 25; Planned Industrial Permit (PIP) (2)APRIL 25, 1990 TO: PLANNING AND ENGINEERING STAFF FROM: Growth Management Division ZONE 5 PROJECTS At last night’s City Council meeting, the Council approved an agreement with certain Zone 5 property owners to provide a financial guarantee for upgrading Palomar Airport Road from El Camino Real to the Eastern City limit. One of the provisions of the agreement is that other property owners in Zone 5 who are not parties to the agreement be conditioned to contribute their fair share of the guarantee when they obtain a building permit or discretionary approval. The details of the wording and how to calculate fair share are still being worked out. In the meantime, please be aware that no development or building permits for new structures in Zone 5 can be approved or issued without this condition being satisfied. c: City Manager Community Development Director City Attorney
