Dear Mr. Holzmiller:
We are requesting a one year extension to our PIP 89-14. The expiration date is June 12, 1991.
We have found it again necessary to re-evaluate the starting dates for our projects. There have been several factors that have entered into this decision. Today's current economic climate is
extremely volatile, the availability of water is in constant
question, and the upcoming vote for the citywide Mello is still
unresolved making it necessary to delay moving forward at this
time.
We appreciate your understanding and request that you grant us an
extension of time. Thanking you in advance.
