Dear Ron:
Although I have not received comments from all departments to date, I am forwarding
those I have received for your review.
I have enclosed the second landscape plan check print for Creekside. Please revise your
landscape plan to comply with Larry Black’s recommendations.
Our Building Department has requested that you revise the floor plan for Building #2 to
include restrooms for the occupants of that building. Also, please label the size of sewer
lateral and label onsite sewer as private.
