Dear Ron,
I have enclosed a copy of your preliminary landscape plan with our Landscape Consultant's
comments. He has recommended planting trees in front of building #3 to soften the building which
would reduce the parking provided by 2 spaces. A reduction of 670 square feet floor area is
required as a result of the loss of these spaces. Please comment on this since the provision of an
adequate outdoor eating area may require additional space at the northwest end of the site.
As we discussed in our meeting, you were going to submit an exterior materiaVcolor sample for the
proposed buildings. The smooth concrete you are proposing is unacceptable to the Planning
Director. Please submit a sample of aggregate you will use along with a color sample of the
reveals.
