SUBJECT: Extension of PIP 90-7/Lot 29 Carlsbad Oaks East
Dear John,
Your request for a one year time extension of the subject Planned Industrial Permit,
conditioned to expire on April 15, 1991, is approved. The subject PIP will now expire on
April 15, 1992 if building permits have not been issued.
As you are aware, it is possible that building permits in Local Facilities Management
Zone 5 will not be issued until financing for the /-5/Palomar Airport Road Interchange
improvements has been guaranteed. Should this fail to occur within one year, you must
request another extension.
