This letter is intended to serve as an official request for a time extension of one year for the Planned Industrial Permit for Lot 29, of Carlsbad Tract 74-21, Map No. 10372 in the Carlsbad Oaks East Industrial Park.
The General Planning and Legal Condition Number 8 written in the letter of approval, dated April 16, 1990, from Gary Wayne, Assistant Planning Director for the City of Carlsbad, provided for possible PIP expiration on April 15, 1991. The submittal of this request is well before the expiration date and allows enough time to provide the City with additional information as required.
