Dear Tracy:
We have reviewed your request for a fifth one year extension of the subject Planned Industrial
Permit, conditioned to expire on April 15, 1995, if building permits have not been issued. The
project, as conditioned complies with the Carlsbad Oaks Specific Plan (SP 200) and the Planned
Industrial Ordinance, Chapter 21.34 of the Zoning Ordinance; therefore, the one year extension
is approved. PIP 90-01 will now expire on April 15, 1996, if building permits have not been
issued.
