Pursuant to our telephone conversation earlier this week, this letter will serve as an official
request for a time extension of one year for the Planned Industrial Permit for lot 29,
Carlsbad Tract #74-21 , Map No. 10372 in the Carlsbad Oaks East Industrial Park.
Due to the continuing economic conditions we would like the additional time to process
this project.
