SUBJECT: EXTENSION OF PIP 90-01 - LOT 29 CARLSBAD OAKS EAST
Dear Ed:
We have reviewed your request for a third one year extension of the subject Planned
Industrial Permit, conditioned to expire an April 15, 1993, if building permits have not
been issued. The project, as conditioned, complies with the Carlsbad Oaks Specific Plan
(SP 200) and the Planned Industrial Ordinance, Chapter 21.34 of the Zoning Ordinance;
therefore, the one year extension is approved. PIP 90-01 will not expire on April 15,1994, if building permits have not been issued.
