Dear Anne:
Per our discussion today, this letter will serve as an official
request for a time extension of one year for the Planned Industrial
Permit for Lot 29, of Carlsbad Tract 74-21, Map No. 10372 in the
Carlsbad Oaks East Industrial Park.
The City has previously granted a one-year extension to April 15, 1992. Because of the serious downturn in the economy, our Client
would like the additional time to process this project.
