The following comment has not been reviewed by the SANDAG Board of Directors, acting as the Airport Land Use Commission. The proposed land use is compatible with the McClellan-Palomar CLUP. It is likely that the building penetrates the 7:l transitional slope. The projects' applicant should review the appropriate FAA regulations for any light structures or other roof top accessory facilities.
