Dear Mr. Sweeney:
SANDAG staff has reviewed the project. The following comment has not been reviewed by the
SANDAG Board of Directors, acting as the Airport Land Use Commission.
The proposed land use is compatible with the McClellan-Palomar CLUP. It is likely that the
building penetrates the 7:l transitional slope. The projects' applicant should review the
appropriate FAA regulations for any light structures or other roof top accessory facilities.
