ENGINEERING:
1. 'Owner' on site plan has been revised.
2. The use of the ribbon gutters was held to an absolute
minimum without a large increase in storm drain system.
3. Drainage shall be provided as indicated on revised site plan.
4. Added to revised site plan.
5. There will only be domestic waste at this time. The building user was informed that an Industrial Waste Permit must be applied for if this situation changes.
6. Changes have been incorporated into revised site plan.
LANDSCAPE : All landscape comments have been incorporated into revised landscape plan.
