Please add standard Engineering Condition No. 23 to the conditions of approval for this project.
Due to an oversight this condition was omitted form the conditions transmittal dated September
4, 1990.
For verification Condition No. 23 reads as follows:
23. This project is located in Zone 5 Local Facilities Management Plan. Recent traffic
monitoring has revealed that Palomar Airport Road from El Camino Real to the eastern
City limit falls below the adopted performance standard. Therefore, prior to the issuance
of a building permit, the owner shall participate in the guarantee of a proportional share
of the cost of improving this segment of Palomar Airport Road.
