Architect said that the project is on hold pending owner's decision whether to revise the application. Letter sent confirming 9/10/90 telephone call and listing issues of concem. Revised plans and disclosure statement submitted. Telephone conversation with architect regarding employee eating area error on plans. He will correct and resubmit. Revised plans submitted. Letter from staff to applicant's architect requesting additional information. Phone conversation with architect regarding palm height agreed upon at 11/5/90 meeting. He said again owner does not want to do deed restriction. Received response to 12/5/90 letter. Final revisions received. PIP letter sent. Memo from engineering requesting addition of standard Condition 23 which had been inadvertently omitted. 1/8/91 Revised PIP letter sent, (copy attached) January 8, 1991 TO: ALAN SWEENY - PLANNING FROM: Jim Davis - Engineering PIP 90-02 MCCORMICK TRUST Please add standard Engineering Condition No. 23 to the conditions of approval for this project. Due to an oversight this condition was omitted form the conditions transmittal dated September 4, 1990. For verification Condition No. 23 reads as follows: 23. This project is located in Zone 5 Local Facilities Management Plan. Recent traffic monitoring has revealed that Palomar Airport Road from El Camino Real to the eastern City limit falls below the adopted performance standard. Therefore, prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall participate in the guarantee of a proportional share of the cost of improving this segment of Palomar Airport Road.
